Our Rough-In Process
Step 1
Review Plans & Layout
We study your blueprints, building plans, or sketches. For renos, we assess existing plumbing and layout options.
Step 2
Confirm Code Requirements
We apply Ontario Building Code and any local municipal requirements for slope, venting, fixture units, and access.
Step 3
Install Water and Drain Lines
We use premium materials (copper or PEX, ABS or PVC), mounted securely and with the correct slope, spacing, and supports.
Step 4
Pressure Testing and Inspection
Once installed, we pressure-test all water lines and drain systems, and coordinate rough-in inspections as needed.
Step 5
Site Coordination
We coordinate with other trades and leave the job site clean and ready for the next stage.
