Our New Construction Plumbing Services

Our Process: New Build Plumbing, Done Right
- Site Review & Planning
We meet with your GC or review your blueprints to plan the best layout based on grade, access, fixture load, and code requirements. - Rough-In Stage
We install your full system before insulation or drywall — drain-waste-vent (DWV), water supply, fixture stubs, and cleanouts. - Pressure Testing & Inspection
We test every line and coordinate with inspectors to keep your build on schedule. - Finish Plumbing
Once drywall and flooring are in, we install faucets, toilets, tubs, and all other visible components. - Final Walkthrough
We test every fixture, check for leaks or pressure issues, and walk you through your new plumbing system.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to rough-in a home?
Answer:
Most standard builds take 2–5 days for rough-in, depending on size and access. We coordinate closely with other trades to minimize delays. Can you handle well and septic installs too?
Answer:
Yes. We’re licensed in both and can coordinate with your driller or septic contractor to ensure everything is connected correctly and to code. What materials do you use?
Answer:
We install PEX, copper, ABS, and PVC — based on what’s best for your system, climate, and budget. No SharkBite or push-to-connect. Only high-performance parts.
